Wellsites Customer Service
Wellsites are always looking ways to improve their Customer Service. Wellsites provide a number of methods to help their clients to resolve their queries.

Technical Support Form
This is a new feature. When client logs onto their Administration site, they will now see a Technical Support Contact form on their dashboard.
Please just fill in the form and click SEND. Wellsites Customer Support will contact you concerning your query. Please provide as much detail as you can in the Description box.

Support Database
For any information concerning upgrades, outages, or queries outside the scope of this website, you can access Wellsites Support Database.
Announcements (highlighted in yellow) provides information on scheduled upgrades, outages and any other major issues that might effect our clients.
Clients can also submit tickets (highlighted in Green). This is similar to Technical Support Form mentioned above. Only difference, when a query is submitted, a ticket number is automatically generated and sent to the client. That ticket number is then used to track the progress of the query both by Wellsites Customer Support and the Client.
The client can view any open tickets ( purple) they may have.
