Can receive email but can send

This usually occurs when trying to set-up a second account with Outlook.
It is very likely that you use an ISP to manage your email.
incoming mail server: mail+domainname.com ( as stated in the Wellsites webmail document)
outgoing mail server: This should point to the server of your ISP
