The “Customer Support Helpdesk” is the new method for you to contact Wellsites Support:
The aim of this service to help you easily keep track of your correspondence with Wellsites Support.
With the Helpdesk you will be able to
- generate a ticket for each new enquiry
- track your support enquiries
- have your own account with a list of just your tickets
How Do I Access The Customer Support Helpdesk?
You can do this in 3 ways:
- Email– send an email to support@wellsites.com.au and we will register and open a ticket for you on your behalf.
- Website– follow the links from the main Support Website site at http://wellsites.info. (see image below)
- Directly- Customer Support Helpdesk has it’s own website at http://support.wellsites.info,
