Home Whitening/Bleaching Instructions

1. Brush and floss teeth, rinse with water.
2. Place a small amount of the bleaching gel on the outer surface of the bleaching trays.
3. Use the white stick provided to spread the bleaching gel evenly onto the tray surface.
4. Do NOT place excessive gel in trays as this will not speed up the bleaching process and it can irritate your gum.
5. If bleach overflows, wipe it off of your gums with a cotton bud or tissues.
6. Leave the tray and bleach on the teeth for one hour.
7. Do NOT eat or drink during the bleaching process and 30mins after treatment.
8. After 30 minutes remove the trays and wipe the bleach off your teeth. Rinse the trays with lukewarm water and apply sensitive toothpaste/tooth mouse on bleached teeth. Do NOT rinse after applying sensitive toothpaste / Tooth mouse.
9. Clean bleach trays with a toothbrush and cold water. Do NOT use toothpaste or warm/hot water as it will cause the trays to scratch or warp.
10. Store trays in a clear plastic (or soap) container and keep in a safe place.
11. Bleaching will take approximately 10 – 14 days.
