Click this icon when pasting text that was originally written in Microsoft Word.
Click this icon when pasting text from Word or any other document. Very useful if copying text from a html based editor. e.g Live Writer.
This ensures that all the underlying formatting code associated with those documents is not copied to the website.
When either the icon is selected a pop-up window appears. Place the text in the window and click on insert to place the text in the content area.
