Find the relevant video on YouTube. At the bottom of your Video to the right you will see the words EMBED (highlighted in yellow).  Click on this button.

EMBED will display the code required to be placed in the webpage. The code is automatically highlighted in blue, meaning that YouTube has automatically selected required code.

COPY the code. If the code in that window is not blue, place the cursor in the window and click. Then use the browser menu to SELECT ALL and then COPY.

Add YouTube Code to Page/Post

Go to the page or post where the Video is to be displayed. Ensure that the HTML button on the right hand side, above the formatting bar is selected. Paste the code into the page/post.

Click on Visual button.

Save the Page. Preview the Page to view the video.

Resize Video

You Tube provides the option to re-size videos. Below the embed code are different size boxes.

Any box highlighted in blue represents the size chosen. Choose the ideal size. Repeat the process of copying the EMBED code and pasting it to wordpress page/post.
