If you wish to write a number of blogs, but control when they are published you can use the date and time stamp assigned to each post.
All Blogs/wordpress posts are published in chronological order. Ie the latest blog is displayed first.
By changing the date and time of a blog, you can change the order that articles are published/displayed.
You can also set future dates on blogs. Therefore a published blog WILL NOT be displayed until that date.
The simplest way to change the date, is through the Quick Edit Menu.
