Problem:
During either a wordpress upgrade or upgrade of certain plugins, the following error can occur:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2256669 bytes) in /h/public_html/wp-includes/http.php1363 on line
Solution:
Deactivate Plugins. Carry out the Upgrade. Re-activate the plugins.
